Good and Bad in Islam
Good is what the Lawgiver (Allah or His Messenger) has indicated is good by permitting it or asking it be done. Bad is what the Lawgiver has indicated is bad by asking it not be done. The good is not what reason considers good, nor the bad what reason considers bad. The measure of good and bad is the Sacred Law, NOT reason. Umdat al Salik, The Knowledge of Good and Bad, page 2.
JUSTICE in Islam:
A Muslim shall NOT be punished for killing a non-Muslim.
Fathers and mothers shall NOT be punished for killing their offspring. Umdat al Salik, Retaliation is Obligatory, page 583
